MATTING

Tight/severe matting will be subject to shaving, as it is the safest way of de-matting. Light matting may be de-matted by use of specialized de-matting tools if we deem it safe to do so. De-matting charges of $1/minute will apply if dog is matted, including if dog is shaved down.

Fleas/ticks

Dogs that have fleas will automatically be washed in a flea + tick shampoo at an additional charge of $15. Dogs that need ticks removed will be charged $1 per tick at a maximum of 5 tick removals.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT provide flea and tick preventatives. The products used for this bath service solely kill the infestation on the dog, but will not keep fleas and ticks from jumping back onto the dog if they return to an infested environment. Make sure to treat home and yard to completely eradicate infestation and to put dog on proper preventative

Prices for services are subject to change depending on the condition of coat and matting, as well as the behavior of the dog. De-matting charges and/or special handling fees for difficult behavior may apply in addition to total groom prices. Services are ALL-INCLUSIVE (add-on services are additional charge), meaning there is no price difference in removing any of the included services.
